Nobody replies. They sent me the wrong stuff and I emailed at least 10 times. They won't respond. They are a scam.

I can't believe this company is still around! I ordered back in August and I still haven't received an order or the refund for it! What I did receive was cheep and I'm not sure who their sizes fit but they wouldn't fit anyone I know! Horrible experience will never order from them again! Lesson learnt!

Yes, that's just normal. Say goodbye to your stuff, and look at the good side: thanks that it was not much money probably, and you can be sure that if you got the dresses you would probably be disappointed anyway. I'm never ordering from that company ever again!

THE WEBSITE IS A TOTAL SCAM THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND THERE IS NOTHING YOU CAN DO BECAUSE THEIR IN $#*!ING CHINA! THIS IS WHY I HATE PEOPLE I ORDERED 2 COATS A MONTH AGO AND I DIDNT RECIEVE ANY AT ALL

They are bad news. Poor quality, poor customer service, extremely small sizes and I am still waiting for a refund that they promised 4 months ago. I DO NOT recommend buying anything from them

How can RoseWholesale tell you anything honestly when they don't have an honest bone in their company's body? Why do you think it will be different for you? Why do you not trust all the horrible customer reviews? Why not just take out a fist full of cash from your wallet and light it on fire. The people on here are very active and caring, that's why they have taken time to write these horrible reviews --so that you can benefit from their bad experience. And you are still hoping for some other outcome?

I didn't realize this wholesaler is from China so it takes awhile to get items shipped here. I did eventually get my item but had to wait a few weeks. And it is in good condition. So I will give them a second chance. And it might be worth your while to try too if you like their clothes. Just realize it will probably take a few weeks to a month to get to you. Also you can find a lot of their items on eBay.

Wouldn't waste my money or time with this site. Nothing i ordered was correct, poor quality material, sizes too small & absolutely nothing was what i ordered. I also had to wait 9 weeks for arrival not when the invoice stated & good luck if trying for a refund or exchange. Not worth the drama.

"Why is every review negative?" Well, doesn't your question answer itself? Goods that never arrive, cheap crap quality goods if they do arrive, disgusting customer service... these are the complains almost everyone is writing about here. What more proof do you need? Are you so in love with the junk they are trying to sell that you think there is a chance your case will be different? Please.

This company is based in Canada but their warehouse is in China. My orders totaling $1250+ shipping are still being processed and it's 24 days since they were ordered. So I sent them an email to cancel my orders and refund my money, however after reading the answers above I'm terrified I won't get my money back. I'm all for joining in on a class action lawsuit! If enormity people are willing to join the attorney cost will be low for each person or we could find someone to do it pro bono or no money up front, I'll have to look into it.

I am sorry that you are having a hard time with this company. Everything I ever ordered from Rosewholesale I have received. I can say that not all the items were not of great quality but usable, ie no tag in item or me not purchasing the correct size. It is wise when shopping online to examine the site well before purchasing ie are there any extra fees for shipping your merchandise, that you understand that you are purchasing items from another country, checking sizes, as with this company all clothing run small. It is suggested that you buy a size up than what you usually wear. I recently made a purchase with them after not shopping for a few month and still the item came in earlier than expected. Being a customer for a few years now I've found that connects with customer service has been pleasant due to they connected back to me within 24 hrs of contact with them and they have resolved any issues I've had. I hope that ths answer is helpful when shopping on this site and others.

DON'T DO IT! I wish I had checked the reviews before I gave them my money. 90 percent of reviews on Rosewholesale.com are from unsatisfied customers who either received an item that looked absolutely nothing like the pictures or received nothing at all! I ordered a wig on March 14,2019. It is now April, 20. Never received it. The shipping time not including weekends has passed. I contacted rosewholesale.com by phone twice and by email twice. Their customer service despartment barely speaks English. The first time I spoke to customer service they told me my package was on it's way. The second time I spoke to a customer service representative he tried to tell me that they sent me an email responding to my complaint. Which is a lie. I never received a response from Rose wholesale.com. The second time I sent them an email informing them I had not received my order... I get a return message saying the email does not exist. They blocked me from emailing them. Please take heed to the negative reviews. These are scam artists. They will take your money. Sincerely, Pissed of Consumer

I finally got a shirt but it's no where near the quality and looks barely like the picture shown. I would suggest to not spend that much up front but instead maybe order one item and wait the two months to get it before you make such a large purchase! I feel you would be doing yourself a big favor to only order one thing first!
